Howard Garrett's passion for community service and his unwavering commitment to empowering people to lead self-sufficient lives have earned him widespread admiration and respect. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from MTSU and a Master's degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Trevecca Nazarene,

Elizabeth was born and raised in DC and has spent most of her life living in AU Park. She spent 13 years in NYC where she earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School, fought for housing and basic rights for the city's indigent and elderly populations, lobbied for marriage equality and equal rights, and started a family.

Monika is a longtime advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community having lived in DC for over 20 years. Monika has served the Capital Stonewall Democrats in many capacities over the years, including previously as President. Monica has been active in her community serving as an ANC representative, and founding member of the ANC Rainbow Caucus.
